韭菜和绿豆芽都易熟,要最后放,以免炒制时间过长影响口感和营养。
可以往蛋液中加1汤匙清水,炒出的鸡蛋口感更嫩。

早春季节天气依旧寒冷,还是要多给孩子准备一些以高热量食物为主的膳食,同时让孩子摄入足量的新鲜蔬菜来提高抵抗力。考虑到晚餐饮食清淡的原则,晚上可尽量多吃以主食和蔬菜为主的菜式,并搭配汤水缓解春燥;白天的饮食可多摄入些肉、蛋、鱼等优质蛋白。

1.干木耳浸泡在凉水中,泡发即可,洗净后用手撕成小朵。

3.大葱和姜均切成末。鸡蛋打散成蛋液,搅匀。

5.锅中留底油,放入葱末和姜末爆香。
