Dan doesn't like his roommate because he is very lazy, so Dan intends to move out. He is complaining this to Frank.

Dan:Hello, Frank.

Frank:Hi, Dan. What's new with you?

Dan:Not too much. I'm trying to rent an apartment.

Dan:I dislike my roommate. He really turns me off.
