Oracle Service Cloud to other systems

Since Oracle Service Cloud is usually a system to be used in your contact center, it should be a system through which updates to other systems are done.

The following are examples of data that should be sent from Oracle Service Cloud:

• Contact information updates
• Cases
• Incidents

This information should not be maintained in other systems; it should be delivered using views, queries, or API calls.
