Sukhwinder Wadhwa is currently working as a Senior Consultant - ServiceNow at Infosys Ltd. He has 8.5+ years of experience in IT Service Management Consulting, ITSM Tools Functional Consulting and Pre-sales. He has rich experience in Business Analysis, Solution Design, IT Service Delivery and Operations.

For his qualification, Sukhwinder has done B.Tech (IT) and MBA (IT) and is a ServiceNow Certified Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist. In addition, he has certifications in, ITIL v3 foundation, CoBIT 4.1 and IBM Certified Solution Advisor - Cloud Computing Architecture V2.

Shannon Thurston has been developing on the ServiceNow platform since 2012.  While working on his bachelor’s degree in 2000, he volunteered to teach basic computer skills for a non-profit education center, soon being hired on as IT Manager and beginning his career in Information Technology. Since then, he has worked in many areas of Information Technology, including infrastructure, service and support, system administration, and web development.

John Helebrant has been in the IT industry for over 20 years. He helped start and run a small computer repair business in his hometown of Austin, MN, and eventually moved to the Twin Cities to continue his career in technology. After earning several certifications and a BA in Professional Writing, he worked as a Problem and Release Coordinator, and an Application Developer where he gained extensive experience with client deployments and suite upgrades. He works as a ServiceNow Developer and Administrator after discovering what an exciting set of challenges and opportunities ServiceNow has to offer.
In his spare time, he enjoys playing guitar and bass, writing, gaming, hiking with his dogs, watching movies, continuing to evolve as a developer, and spending time with his better half: Jen.
