壹 接上式。保持两腿屈膝;两手翻转,掌心向左,两手距离约同肩宽,同时向左上方画弧,直至约与肩平。

叁 保持两臂姿势不变,重心移至右腿,左脚收向右脚,脚不挨地。

陆 上身左转的同时,双手同时向左、向上画弧,左手画弧至左胸前方,右手画弧至腰部右侧,掌心均向外。

柒 重心转移至左腿,上身继续左转,右脚收向左脚,脚不挨地;同时右手继续向前划至腰部右前方;左臂向身前屈肘。

捌 右脚在身体右前方落地,屈膝;同时右臂前抬,掌心向上;左臂收向左胸,再贴向右臂内侧。

玖 右臂屈肘上抬,至脸部前方时变掌为拳;同时左臂下落至腹前,掌心向上。接着右臂下落,右拳砸向左掌心。

拾壹 右臂再次下落,右拳砸向左掌心,做捣碓状;同时右脚向右落地,屈膝。
