九、客户资产保护

（a）每个牌照持有者必须保有以美元计量的债券账户或者信托账户，此账户为客户的利益而设，其形式和数额需要经过监管部门的同意。

（b）持牌者为他人保护、储存、持有、维护保管或控制虚拟货币的，应当持有与该人相同类型和数量的虚拟货币。（To the extent a Licensee secures, stores, holds, or maintains custody or control of Virtual Currency on behalf of another Person, such Licensee shall hold Virtual Currency of the same type and amount as that which is owed or obligated to such other Person. ）

（c）每个持牌者禁止出售、转移、分派、出借、抵押、保证，或以其他方式使用或者妨害代他人持有、储存和维护的资产，包括虚拟货币。
